Welcome to Cornerstone

Carl R. Trueman, Pastor

We trust that you’ll find this website to be a helpful resource whether you’re checking us out as a visitor, a member here at Cornerstone, or just trying to figure out who Jesus is. As you look around you’ll see that the Cornerstone family is a diverse group of people who share a strong desire to love God with all that is in us. We seek to respond to God's revelation in Jesus Christ in faith, to show love towards those around us and to share with others the great news that in Christ, God has been gracious and merciful to us, in Him we find freedom and forgiveness and that the path of life is clear with Jesus as our Lord and Savior.

Join us every week for worship
at 11 a.m. and 6 p.m.

Martin Luther and the 95 Theses

On Monday October 30th, our Pastor gave a lecture at Phil-Mont Christian Academy on Martin Luther's 95 Theses. You can watch his lecture by clicking on either the video above, or on this link.

Every year at Thanksgiving time churches throughout the OPC take up the annual Thank Offering. It is an opportunity for families to reflect on God’s provision and to respond by giving to the work of the gospel. The offering goes to support the work of the OPC’s Worldwide Outreach, consisting of Home Missions, Foreign Missions, and Christian Education. We will collect the Thank Offering at Cornerstone on November 19. The OPC has produced a number of videos which talk about the ministries which are supported by the Thank Offering.  These may be viewed by clicking on this link.

Grace Alone: Salvation as a Gift of God: What the Reformers Taught...and Why It Still Matters

Title: Grace Alone: Salvation as a Gift of God: What the Reformers Taught...and Why It Still Matters
Author: Carl R. Trueman

At the heart of the sixteenth-century Protestant Reformation were the five solassola scriptura, solus Christus, sola gratia, sola fide, and soli Deo gloria. This book, written by Cornerstone's pastor Carl R. Trueman, examines the doctrine of grace alone, which is central to what we believe.
